This month's match of the month is a recent match -- the first final matchof the Novi tournament over the July 4th weekend. I found it to be quitean exciting match.

My article on creating problems in quite controversial. I believe that asthe general level of play improves, players will need to resort to conceptssuch as this in order to retain any significant advantage. Exactly howthis should be done is an interesting question.

Several subscribers who are up for renewal have not responded to my e-mail.I don't really know what to do about them. If they don't respond soon, Iwill be forced to delete them from the subscription file. If you are oneof these people, please respond asap.

I will be out of the country during the end of August and the beginning ofSeptember. I don't know what the internet access availability will be, butit is likely that the next issue will be delayed. I'll try to get up whatI can.
